Orders

Do I need a prescription for my order?

Some products require a prescription in accordance with Federal law. If an item requires a prescription, we will request for you to provide a copy prior to shipping your order.

Am I eligible to receive a shipment from Easy CPAP Supplies?

At this time, we can ship to any location in the United States. This does not include the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, or Guam.

Can I buy supplies with my HSA/FSA funds?

Yes, our supplies may be purchased using HSA/FSA funds. If you have additional questions on eligible purchases, contact your administrator.

How do subscriptions work?

By signing up with our subscription plan, we will automatically ship out your items when you need them and give you a discount on every order! No commitment or minimum orders necessary.

Can I return my supplies?

Easy CPAP Supplies does not accept returns for equipment purchased without a prescription. For items that require a subscription, you are eligible for a return if the item has yet to be opened and is returned to our warehouse within 30 days from the ship date.

How do I keep my supplies clean?

To keep your PAP supplies clean, wash with warm soapy water weekly.

When should I be reordering supplies?

Below is the recommended replacement cycle for your supplies:

  • Mask System: Every 3 months
  • Tubing: Every 3 months
  • Water Chamber: Every 3-6 months
  • Mask Cushions: Full Face - 1 per month / Nasal - 2 per month
  • Disposable Filters: 2 per month
