Returns & Exchanges
DUE TO COVID-19, WE DO NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPT RETURNS FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED WITHOUT A PRESCRIPTION. ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR THOSE PRODUCTS.
PRODUCTS PURCHASED WITH A PRESCRIPTION THAT REMAIN UNOPENED FROM THEIR PACKAGES AND WITHIN 30-DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY DATE ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN.
To make a return:
- Message us through the Contact Us page or give us a call at (888) 270-9220 and request a return.
- If approved, we will send you a return label for your unopened supplies.
- Ensure that your return is received at our facility within 30-days of the original delivery date.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, including any shipping insurance purchased at your own discretion. We may provide a shipping label to you in certain circumstances, but this is not an acceptance of liability on behalf of Easy CPAP Supplies for any returns that are stolen, damaged, or lost in transit. Insurance coverage will not be included with any complementary return label.
We will not offer a refund if we do not receive a product, or if the product is damaged or lost in transit.
All returns will typically be processed within 48 hours of arriving at our facility. Any refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Exchanges
If you would like to make an exchange, please process a return for the original item, and place a new order for the product you would like. Separating these transactions allows for better tracking and management of your orders.
Processing Errors
If a processing error on our part necessitates a return or exchange, we will cover all costs associated with shipping, and we will do everything in our power to ensure that you are satisfied with purchase. Please contact one of our representatives via phone or through our Order Support form in order to process a return of this type.
Warranty Claims
We stand behind every product we sell. If you ever run into an issue with one of our products, give us a call and we’ll make it right. If we can’t resolve your issue with basic troubleshooting, we will process an exchange for your product or initiate a warranty claim on your behalf with the manufacturer of the product. Warranty claims are made at our sole discretion and are subject to terms and conditions.
